Can I get my Care Package funded by Social Services?


In order to determine whether you are eligible for funding, you will need to discuss your individual circumstances with your Local Authority.  In Surrey you can speak to an adult social care advisor on 0300 200 1005.

What training have your carers received?


Upon joining the company, all our care workers receive full induction training in Medication Management; Moving and Handling of People;  Fire Safety; First Aid Awareness; Food Hygiene; Health & Safety; Safeguarding; Infection Prevention & Control; Dementia Awareness and Nutrition & Diet.

Before being allowed to visit people in their own homes, each care worker must complete work shadowing and observation with one of our experienced care workers.

All Staff receive ongoing training and quarterly supervisions, as well as specialist and vocational training through the Health & Social Care QCF (Qualification and Credit Framework).

How do you recruit your care workers?


All our staff are interviewed and thoroughly checked via the  ‘UK Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)’ – formally known as ‘CRB Checks’.  Once employed, each staff member receives regular supervision and spot checks.

How much will care in my own home cost?


This will depend on your requirements.  A full breakdown of costs will be provided within the proposed care plan and contract.

What areas do you cover?


We provide home based care services to adults in Farnham (Surrey) and many of its surrounding villages.  Most of our clients are in the GU9, GU10 and GU12 postcodes.
